WARRANTY
We offer a 12-month warranty in the event of a manufacturing defect (this excludes broken glass, scratched/cut silicone, cleanliness issues).
Due to the personalised nature of the glasses we are unable to offer refunds with the exception of any inconsistency between the order text and the finished product.
CARE
Place all parts of the glass on the top rack of the dishwasher or hand-wash.
Silicone is non porous and does not absorb stains, odours or bacteria. If washing does not remove a surface mark or smell simply use bicarbonate soda in hot water to remove it.
